The BM Study Programme has been equipped with IT and audiovisual laboratory facilities to support the learning process. The IT and audiovisual laboratory has been designated as UKMPPD CBT Center since 2016. In addition, this laboratory is also used to support physiology practicum and summative exams in each preclinical and clinical module.
The information system in the Medical Education Study Programme consists of a teaching and learning process and an administrative support system. The teaching and learning support system includes using computers, LCDs, laptops, powerpoint, videos, and internet access. In addition, teleconference and e-learning media are also used in lectures, group discussions, or practicums.
The development of information systems at the Bachelor in Medicine Study Programme has been carried out by developing a web that can be accessed at www.kedokteran.unib.ac.id . The university also provides service facilities in academic information, which is an academic portal system through www.pak.unib.ac.id . The lecturers and students use the academic portal to assist the teaching and learning process, both administratively in the academic guidance process and the

learning process, such as uploading teaching materials, e-learning, and other tasks. This system makes it easy for the lecturers and students to communicate virtually.
The use of the intranet in the study programme follows the regulations and integrated management of LPTIK UNIB. Free access applies to the entire academic community at UNIB. Each individual can log into the intranet network using a username and password via www.login.unib.ac.id. The Bachelor in Medicine Study Programme has two main servers for access within the Faculty of Medicine. Intranet access is available in the form of LAN and WLAN.
